Refund/Return Policy

We strive to provide better customer service with 100% customer satisfaction. We have placed Refund/Return policy for helping customers who are not satisfied with our product for any reason. Customers can request a refund of unopened product within 30 days after you receive your order. Refunds are not given for products sent as trial packs. Follow the process to return the product and get refund.

  • Firstly, get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the customer service at 888-312-9445. After receiving request, our customer service department will mail you a RMA number in given email id within 24-48 hours.
  • You will need to send us the unopened product to the address provided below. Kindly note that, you can get refund for each unopened product you send back to us only.

  • After receiving the unopened product, we will issue refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling.

The returned products sent with prior approval of Customer Care are only eligible for a refund. For cancelling membership or initiating a refund, customers are not required to return Initial trial bottles.

 

We are not responsible for products which are lost or stolen on the way. We recommend customers to send all returned products through a registered delivery service to ensure proper delivery. The shipping department receives your returned goods and your refund is processed within 7 days or sooner. After processing the return, it generally takes takes 3-5 business days for the return to be updated to your account, depending on your financial institution or bank

Kindly note the given terms and conditions:

 

  • We provide 14 days trial period (i.e., 10 days + 4 days shipping). At the end of trial period, we charge for the balance of purchase price of the product. If you do not want to continue subscription and prevent the billing, contact customer support within mentioned trial period. You are not required to return the trail pack.
  • Returned products with RMA number only will be entertained for refund. Other Packages marked “Return to Sender” will NOT be processed or refunded. Call Customer Service at 888-312-9445 for your RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were originally charged.
  • Customer need to pay for the return shipping charges.
  • When returned goods are received, we generally process your return within 2 business days. Kindly note that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Thus, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your banking institution’s billing and credit schedule.
  • If you want to cancel your account, our customer service representatives may give you a discounted price or partial refund. You may accept or reject the discounted price or partial refund. Once you accept the discount or partial refund, you agree to waive your right to return this order. If you reject the discount or partial refund, then you have to follow the abovementioned steps and obtain Rma number to get refund.
